Curative eurythmia – mindful movement
Curative eurythmia is a movement therapy of anthroposophical medicine, that is used for acute, chronic and degenerative diseases.
Therapeutic approach
Curative eurythmy is based on a comprehensive knowledge of the connections between limb movements and internal organ processes, as well as archetypal creative forces and its correspondences with the sounds of our languages. Through the targeted use of these forms of movement, the entire vital functions will be stimulated. Through the interaction between organ and mental processes, psychosomatic and psychological disorders can also be addressed. An essential aspect, activating the self-healing power, is the training of the inner mindfulness. Physical self-perception is stimulated. Curative eurythmia thus addresses all levels of the human being and promotes self-responsibility for the healing process.
Curative eurythmia is prescribed by the doctor, takes place as an individual treatment and is usually performed standing or walking. The effect is enhanced by independent practice.
