Biographical work: Looking back and forward
Every life has its own unique path of development, which we call biography. The need to search for meaning arises especially when crisis, tensions and blockades have to be overcome.
Working with one’s biography means learning to understand one’s life path as an individual development process, consciously perceiving fateful events and gaining an overarching perspective. Working on one’s own biography helps to develop understanding and gratitude for one’s own life path. The traces of one’s previous life are traced in guided conversations. An interim assessment provides insights into new possibilities for shaping the future.
