Individuality through details

The rooms are distributed between the old and the new wings of the building and therefore have a different personality.

While all the newly built rooms with a similar ground plan have at their disposal a balcony and a bathroom, the rooms in the old wing are single and sometimes simpler. Showers or bathrooms are usually located in the corridor outside the rooms. However, individuality was one of the most important goals while thinking about the design for all the rooms and choosing some unique furniture. The upper rooms offer a wide panoramic view, while the garden forms a protective space in front of the lowest rooms in the new wing. From the garden seating areas, the view sweeps among the palm trees to the lake.
